4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers based on location, demand, and product type. Orders are processed in 3–7 business days, followed by standard shipping windows.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather or natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

We do not offer refunds for delayed shipments unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

We offer returns for eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Final sale items, limited drops, and gift cards are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
